Straight answers
Can I use it during a game?
No. Pokwise is a STUDY tool: study before you play, play fair. Using real-time help while you play breaks the rules of poker sites — and goes against what we stand for. The trainer exists precisely so the right answer becomes your own reflex.
Is it a solver? Is it GTO?
No — and we'd rather say it plainly. Push/fold at 10 BB or less comes from Nash equilibrium tables. Everything else comes from reference charts and equity calculations, explained in plain language.
How does the free trial work?
7 days of full Pro, no card required — you just create an account with Google or your e-mail. When it ends, you decide: subscribe, or stay on the free plan (opening charts at 40 BB+ and 15 training hands a day, with no time limit).
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal and other methods available in your country, through Paddle — our Merchant of Record, the official reseller that charges you, issues the invoice and handles the taxes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically; the founder lifetime plan is a single payment.
How do I cancel?
Anytime: in the app (Manage subscription), at paddle.net, or by emailing [email protected]. No lock-in: you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pokwise isn't for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days — see our Refund policy for the details.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Pokwise runs in the browser on your phone or computer, with nothing to download — you can add it to your home screen like an app. On Windows it's also in the Microsoft Store. Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
