These terms apply to your use of Pokwise (pokwise.com and the app). By creating an account or using Pokwise, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Pokwise is operated by Pedro Henrique Skonieski, an individual based in Brazil. In these terms, “Pokwise”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to him as the provider of the service. Contact: [email protected].
Pokwise is a study and training tool for poker, focused on preflop decisions in tournaments (MTTs). It shows reference ranges, explains the reasoning behind each play and includes a training mode with quizzes. Push/fold with 10 BB or less comes from Nash equilibrium tables; everything else comes from reference charts and equity calculations.
Pokwise is not a solver and is not “GTO”. It is also not a gambling site: it offers no real-money games, takes no bets and has no ties to any poker room, site or club.
You must be 18 or older (or the minimum age required in your country, if higher) to use Pokwise.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account, subject to your rights under the law.
You'll find what each plan includes and the current prices on our pricing page and in the app. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay.
We may change prices for new purchases. If we change the price of an active subscription, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies. If you subscribed at a founder price, you keep it on renewals for as long as your subscription stays active.
In Brazil (prices in Brazilian reais): payments are processed by Mercado Pago, by card (subscription) or PIX (one-time payment). We never see or store your card number.
Outside Brazil (prices in euros or US dollars):

Pokwise is not responsible for any warnings, suspensions, bans, confiscated funds or other penalties applied to your accounts on poker sites, rooms, apps or clubs. Each of them has its own rules on assistance tools — knowing and following those rules is solely your responsibility. Once again: Pokwise is made for studying away from the table, and using it during play may break those services' rules.
Poker involves short-term luck (variance) and your own decisions. Pokwise is study material: we don't guarantee profit or any specific result. The content is a reference and may contain inaccuracies; use your own judgment.
We do our best to keep Pokwise available and accurate, but it may be unavailable or change from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses at the tables, for decisions made based on the app or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by contract.
The app, texts, charts, code and the Pokwise brand belong to Pokwise. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app — not ownership of its content.
We may update these terms and the features of the service. We'll announce relevant changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel and stop using Pokwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in another country, you keep all the consumer rights your country's law gives you that can't be waived by contract — including the right to go to the courts of your country where that law allows it.
